7x intends to deliver top-quality solutions to customers. Our partner program ensures that our partners acquire the necessary knowledge and get the support they need to achieve success with Exponential technologies.
7x categorizes partners into the following levels:
Student Educational partners. By being OPEN we provide new partners with the best educational environment for learning Exponential technologies and implementing Exponential solutions, adapted to the partner's specific business needs.
Starter Learning partners. By being OPEN we provide new partners with the best educational environment for learning Exponential technologies and implementing Exponential solutions, adapted to the partner's specific business needs.
Basic Learning partners. By being OPEN we provide new partners with the best educational environment for learning Exponential technologies and implementing Exponential solutions, adapted to the partner's specific business needs.
Professional Qualified partners. These partners have proven their knowledge and competence. By being OPEN we provide new partners with the best educational environment for learning Exponential technologies and implementing Exponential solutions, adapted to the partner's specific business needs.
Silver Qualified partners. These partners have proven their knowledge and competence. At the Silver level, 7x and partners SHARE: leads, projects, joint customer meetings, etc.
Gold Experienced partners. These partners have successfully delivered one or more enterprise-level projects. At this level, an INNOVATIVE collaboration enables us to together meet the highest enterprise project requirements.
Platinum Expert partners. These highly experienced partners engage in strategic alliances with 7x and their customers.
Partner profiles
7x works together with many different kinds of partners who have different sets of competencies. The partner program uses "profiles" to identify the core competency of each partner.
- IT Partners: The technical backbone for the Exponential ecosystem, these partners develop solutions based on Exponential that address the needs of Exponential customers from a technical point of view (e.g., system integrators, development agencies, and consulting agencies).
- Creative Partners: Bring their design and communication skills to Exponential projects, often with a focus on communication strategy (e.g., web design companies, web agencies, communication and advertisement agencies).
- Hosting Partners: Provide the infrastructure for hosting Exponential-based solutions. They have expertise in designing the optimal environment for a specific solution.
- Distribution Partners: Extend the Exponential ecosystem by distributing and reselling Exponential software or certifications (e.g., distributors, resellers, and training centers).
When applying, partners select the profile that best describes their core competency. They will then be shown in the corresponding profile list on the 7x website. This makes it easy for customers to find the right partner.
Measuring values: the point system
7x uses a point system to measure the value-oriented collaboration between 7x and each partner. Partners earn points for their activities. Therefore, points indicate competence and quality. The activities rewarded with points can include business collaboration or general community activities useful for the whole Exponential ecosystem.
An overview of partner benefits
The success of Exponential's partners is critical to the success of 7x. The partner program drives partner success by providing partners with the following benefits:
Revenue Opportunities include commissions, project referrals and joint projects. Partners can also resell their own products based on Exponential (OEM options).
Visibility
- Partners are listed on the 7x website, which currently serves more than 7 million page views per month. A partner's visibility on the site depends on their partner level.
- Partners get their own page on the 7x website where they can promote themselves.
- 7x makes partners visible to customers looking for an Exponential service provider.
- Silver, Gold and Platinum partners are certified and can use the "Exponential certified" logo on their website and in their marketing material.
Access to the Partner Network and Knowledge Centers Partners are invited to the quarterly partner meetings and can subscribe to the partner mailing lists.

Decreased Partner Level
If a partner slips from one level to another (e.g., Gold to Silver), their benefits are reduced accordingly. Within 30 days, they must change any use of the Exponential Partner logo to reflect their current level.
Program requirements
Two ways to become an Exponential Partner:
- Program fee: $45 (starter plan) monthly subscription fee (annually if below Professional level points).
- Earn 5000 points: Automatically becomes Professional.
The points system
One point ≈ 1 minute of work or $1 USD revenue for 7x. Some activities may earn more or fewer points depending on strategic importance.

Exponential Partner Program Contract
This contract must be signed and emailed to 7x via partners@exponential.earth
Valid as long as requirements are met. 7x may terminate for violations.
1. Definitions
Partner(s): includes employees and subcontractors IP: all legal brand/design/trade rights under WIPO 1967
2. Subcontractors
Partners are fully responsible for their subcontractors.
3. Warranties
7x does not warranty the products/services delivered by partners.
4. Rights & Information
- No conflict of interest
- Independent companies
- IP use requires written consent
5. Completion
- 30-day termination notice
- All commissions still due
- Material must be returned after breach
6. Decreased Partner Tier
Benefits reflect current tier. Changes to logo/branding must occur within 30 days.
7. Other Terms
- Force Majeure: Must notify within 5 working days
- Adjustments: Only by written agreement
- Disputes: Settled in "Seattle, Washington" USA
