7x has a long term extensive history of proposed and accepted upstream contributions both code and documentation to the eZ Systems' eZ Community of Software (eZ Publish, eZ Platform).

  • eZ Region released as free software to the eZ Publish 2.2 Community. eZ Region was a killer app in the USA as it offered suport to the eZ Publish 2.2 Kernel via PHP Class extension to support addresses with a state or region attribute within an existing eZ Publish 2.2 installation in a reusable way.
  • Sold eZ Publish 2.2 Support to help businesses and government agencies adopt the leading standards based object oriented open source enterprise web application development framework, content management system and e-commerce engine for modern organized web applications that go further than custom scripted solutions at the time.
  • Many Years of steady forum support to eZ Publish Version 2.2 & 3 & 4 Community Forum Users.
  • Created eZCommunity.net to continue to sell and advertise eZ Publish 2.2 support services and help grow the community.
  • Created the eZCommunity2 Google Code / GitHub Repositories for the continued development and improvement of eZ Publish 2.2 + PHP5 support. This work was a work in progress that at the time was stable to use but over time became very much in need of a refresh for PHP7 through PHP 8+ support. Exponential Basic 2.4.0.0 was released to finish this work and begin continued refinements to be integrated further. A stable base to consider the platform once again.
  • Developed privately advanced solutions involving USA e-commerce stores which encrypt sensitive information with GPG/PGP advanced encryption. Later open sourced again to the community within Exponential Basic 2.4.0.1 (unreleased yet in GitHub main repository).
  • Developed privately advanced solutions extending USA e-commerce stores to support addition desired company / community stores to meet growing requests from businesses which needed to streamline their user experience. This included advanced integration features for the trade module, user module, forum module, image manager module and beyond deep into the system of systems provided within the object oriented software. This work was rediscovered and later released as Exponential Basic 2.4.0.1 (GitHub Main Repository; Unreleased).

  • 7x (Formerly Brookins Consulting) a leading eZ Publish North American Partner in the United States of America consistently and quite regularly released open source + free software licensed, high quality code, high quality documentation with detailed usage examples rich in teachings of end of the day how to information. These general web development needs based eZ Publish compatible extensions (a whole lot of them) helping support new users in general with rich software to use in their own websites and to study, learn and possibly extend the extensions software further to better support their unique needs and help users master their own understanding of how to make eZ Publish do almost anything you could ever possibly imagine with a minimal amount of effort.
  • 7x (Formerly Brookins Consulting) remained committed to eZ Publish Kernel Support when others forced expensive software ports to be made at the time of eZ Publish Platform introduction.
  • 7x (Formerly Brookins Consulting) as the "eZ Publish Legacy" project on GitHub Mirrored all possible GitHub based eZ Publish extension + related repositories for long term preservation of our distributed ecosystem of compatible and helpful software.
